Dr. Jonathan Gelber, MD, MS

Jonathan D. Gelber MD, MS is a sports medicine specialist and orthopedic surgeon at LA Ortho and Wellness in Los Angeles, CA. He received his dual undergraduate degrees with Honors in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Miami. He then completed his medical school training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, graduating with research honors. Dr. Gelber also completed a masters degree in biomedical engineering at Columbia University. Dr. Gelber completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Harbor-UCLA in Los Angeles. He then completed a sports medicine specialty fellowship at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. He specializes in surgery of the shoulder, hip, and knee. He also provides non-operative treatments such as  Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and inflammation reduction through supplements and diet.
